The research is clear: mentoring works. Littles in our program are 20% more likely to attend college, and, over a lifetime, they earn 15% more income, building financial independence. Young people today are facing widening disparities, an escalating mental health crisis, and limited access to supportive networks. What they’re asking for isn’t shortcuts or quick fixes, it’s real, authentic relationships with adults who care.
